Intro lessons, club fitting, club building and repair

A 2009 graduate of Campbell University's PGA Golf Management Program, Chad is the owner and head PGA Professional at Oxford Golf Academy. He began playing at age three in Rochester, New York, built a strong junior background, and now focuses on matching each new student with the right path and the right instructor. Chad also leads the academy's fitting and repair work with nearly two decades of experience.

Billy's golf life started before he could walk and continued through junior competition in Northeast Florida, where he played against future PGA Tour names. He worked as an assistant pro at private clubs, played mini-tour golf, and has been part of Oxford Golf Academy since the beginning. Billy brings decades of perspective and an encouraging coaching style to students of every level.

George has served as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional, instructor, resort golf manager, and junior program leader across California, Pennsylvania, Utah, Massachusetts, and Florida. His lessons emphasize strong fundamentals while adapting to age, mobility, and individual goals. He also works as a club fitter and teaches year-round at Oxford Golf Academy.

After 15 years in hospitality in The Villages, Nikki joined Oxford Golf Academy to help make every visit feel warm, organized, and welcoming. She supports lesson scheduling, event coordination, and the day-to-day guest experience that helps the academy run smoothly.

Women's instruction, beginners, junior-certified teaching, humor-driven coaching

Sandy's first golf lessons came from Deacon Palmer (Arnold's dad) and she went on to win the Western Pennsylvania Women's Championship as a teenager. She played collegiate golf at the University of Miami and later earned graduate credentials at Regent University. Her career spans owning two golf retail stores, work with John Jacobs Golf Schools, Roland Stafford Golf Schools, and the United States Golf Academy, plus three Pennsylvania k–12 teaching certifications. An LPGA Class A member since 1996, Sandy brings a distinctive teaching style grounded in humor, artistic instinct, and practical "homework": each student leaves with personalized written tips to reinforce their lesson work.

Paul is a Life Member of the PGA of America, a Connecticut Senior Open Champion, and a long-time touring and academy professional. With more than 75,000 golf lessons taught, he brings unusual depth, patience, and clarity to players who want straightforward coaching and measurable progress.

Paul knew by eighth grade that he wanted to become a golf professional. His career later took him through teaching in Vermont, learning under a top-rated instructor in Scottsdale, running golf businesses, and leading private-club operations in Naples. That mix of teaching and leadership gives Oxford Golf Academy another experienced voice for instruction, operations, and player development.

Technique evaluation, playing lessons, putting grip innovation

Phil turned professional in 1988 and became a PGA Class A member in 1996. He built his own playing-lesson business in Orlando and later patented the Palmbird Putter Grip. Phil is known for reading body and swing mechanics quickly, then explaining improvements in a clear way golfers can use immediately.
